The music maestro Ilayaraja celebrates his birthday today (June 2). Ilayaraja who has composed for more than 950 films till today is currently working on two projects, 'Sengathu Bhoomiyilae' and trilingual 'Neethanae En Ponvasantham' - a Tamil, Telugu, Hindi trilingual.
Ilayaraja has a successful hit record from more than 30 years now! He has been credited for his songs and background score that have solely determined several films' success. The four time National Award and Padma Bhushan winner is spending quality time with his family today.
Buzz is that his sons, Yuvan Shankar Raja and Karthik Raja, daughter Bavatharani are planning a special gift for their father which will excite his fans as well.
